Two directories are provided, " Directory of Black Entomologists in North America " and " Directory Of Hispanic American Entomologists " designed to gather together compendia of Black and Hispanic American Entomologists. This effort is the result of the hard work of many individuals and in particular that of Garland McIlveen, Jr. The names listed were generated from the responses to mailings of letters requesting the cited information. The individuals listed in the Directory are self-identified as Black or Hispanic Americans.
