scientific name : Semiothisa gnophosaria
common name : Hollow-spotted angle
information : Green looper with whitish stripes. Larvae similar to that of Melanolophia canadaria with the latter growing larger. Early instars have 2, 4 or 6 dorsal spots. Spots disappear on older larvae, which have 2 yellowish stripes.
